Account: Your name, email, profile picture, authentication tokens, CLI token, and subscription or license plan.

CLI records: When you run Aquin commands, the CLI stores local records on your machine (for example under ~/.aquin/commands/). If you are logged in and sync is enabled, command outputs and metadata may be uploaded to your web CLI inbox.

Session data: Inspection results, simulation outputs, eval reports, SAE artifacts, analyst chat messages, and interactive card data stored under your account when you use the web dashboard.

Billing: Subscription status and transaction confirmations only. All payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments. Aquin Labs does not collect or store your card details.

We use your data solely to operate Aquin: to authenticate you, sync CLI outputs to your inbox when you choose to, power sessions and analyst chat, manage your subscription or license, and improve reliability using anonymized metrics. We never use your models or session data for advertising, profiling, or training Aquin Labs systems.

Local CLI: Model loading, forward passes, inspections, simulations, evals, and related compute run on your own GPU. Aquin Labs does not receive your model weights unless you explicitly upload or sync specific outputs.

Web sync: When logged in, command records can be auto-uploaded to your web CLI inbox. Disable this with AQUIN_AUTO_SEND=0. Synced data is stored under your account and is not shared with other users.

Analyst chat: Messages and attached command outputs may be sent to third-party language model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to power the analyst feature.

Hugging Face models: When you reference a public model, weights are fetched directly to your local machine or session environment. Aquin Labs does not permanently store base model weights unless you explicitly save them to your account.

We do not sell your data to anyone. Aquin Labs works with third-party providers for authentication (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), storage (Cloudflare), billing (Dodo Payments), model access (Hugging Face), and analyst features (Anthropic, OpenAI). Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its part of the service.

Cloud-synced data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your account data and synced records are isolated from other users. Local CLI data on your machine remains under your control.

Retention: Synced command records and session data are kept until you delete them or close your account. Session and command logs may be retained for up to 90 days for reliability and support. On account deletion, cloud data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You can access, update, download, or delete your cloud-synced data from your dashboard. You can manage your subscription from account settings when billing is enabled. To request full account deletion or a portable copy of your data, contact us at aquin@aquin.app.

Aquin Labs enforces our Acceptable Use Policy against using Aquin to inspect, train, or deploy models intended to cause harm, spread disinformation, or generate illegal content. Violations may result in account suspension. To report misuse, contact aquin@aquin.app.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and reflected in the last updated date above.
